Garden State Plaza

Paramus, New Jersey

The heart of the masterplan and design is the central park, surrounded by an elegant arc of residential over retail shops, jewel box restaurants, a
performance stage, and vital visual and physical connections to the new
main street, the existing mall, the hotel plaza, the existing loop road of the
mall, and the main vehicular entrance to the property from the interstate. The architectural design of the new buildings is extremely modern while maintaining a timeless quality, The event lawn, retail shops, entertainment stage, and restaurants are the key to the long-term success.

Howell Station

Atlanta, GA

Designed under the supervision of the Sr. Architect, this community in Atlanta formed around a central parking structure cascades down a steep incline transitioning from medium mixed-use to townhomes. There are neighborhood friendly retail and local cafe partnerships to provide walkable amenities to this large-scale development.

MAA 1900 Northside

Orlando, FL

New development along an up and coming industrial corridor. I developed the concept, designed special elements to create a unique identity for the project. A series of pipework and conduit that act as lighting and wayfinding along the cieling and the to signage as it turns the wall, wraps the column and becomes seating ending in a planter or bike rack. This unifies the design througout and gives the builing character. I provided full concept work for this project.

Rise Birmingham

Birmingham, AL

Situated on the edge of Birmingham this project plays off of the verdant
natural landscape. The massive scale of the project is hidden by blending into a hill growing with the forest. The motif is that of a lodge in the wilderness. With a heavy timber structure and craftsman details this is an example of my ability to design within many various themes and style.

The Missing Middle

To address affordable housing, we work with our clients to create even more housing options to give renters a choice among a sea of luxury single-bedroom housing for young professionals. There is currently a dearth of middle-scale multifamily housing, and it is hurting families and the ability to form functioning communities. This scale of the project varies from as small as a duplex to include townhomes, walk-ups, garden style, and those more personal and unique amenity packages that help form a foundation of collective gathering, and action.
